I came to coaching as a client because I didn't know what to do next. My self-confidence was destroyed, my body was screaming at me to do something, I knew I was a failure and I was terrified that I would always be a failure. My coach made all the difference in the world.
People come to coaching for all kinds of reasons but whatever the reason coaching is always about desire. Desire to achieve more, to be a better person, parent, employee, leader, to have a better life, more money, better relationships. People are often fearful that they will never have what they want and that they are, or will be, a failure.
The thing to know about your life is that it's your life. You get to decide, you get to choose, you get to create. Your decision to improve your health is huge; it changes everything. Weight loss is often the catalyst for changes in relationships, career options, social activities, and what you believe you are capable of. It creates a sense of aliveness and energy at a whole new level.
As a coach I will assist you in navigating and managing those changes. I will help you develop goals based on your values and what you want for your life. I coach you to become the leader of your own future and to capitalize on your experience, knowledge, creativity, and energy to create opportunities for yourself. You will learn to take action in spite of fear, trust what you know, and move from tentative to bold. You will gain clarity, focus, and confidence so that you can live the energy filled life that you want.
