Are you just getting started with exercise or are you looking for new ways to shake up your fitness routine? Do you enjoy exercising with others who are working toward the same lifestyle goals?

Come and join in the fun! The "Move it and Lose it!" club meets most weekends, though you needn't be available every weekend to participate; just join us when you can. All fitness levels are welcome.

Some of the activities we have done together include: walks, hikes, strength training, Spinning, Pilates, Jazzercize, yoga and water aerobics.

A one-time registration fee of $35 enables you to join our email list and participate in all activities. You will receive a t-shirt and water bottle at the time of registration. Contact us today for the current schedule and to join!
