Laughing Cow Light Cheese: 35 calories per individually-wrapped wedge, various flavors. Yummy when spread on whole grain crackers (like triscuits), whole grain bread, celery or melted in baked potatoes. Found near deli section.
Cabot 50% Light Cheddar Cheese: 50 calories per 3/4 ounce individually-wrapped slice. Tastes as good as regular cheddar and is portion-controlled. Found near deli section.
Damascus Bakeries Whole Wheat Roll-ups: 110 calories, high fiber, high protein lavash bread. Spread with 2 Tbsp hummus or 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Cheese and add veggies (+/- 200 cal), spread with 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (200 cal), fill with veggie and light cheese scrambled eggs or egg substitute ( 200 to 300 cal), etc. Found on table in bakery section.
Big Bags of Frozen Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mixed fruit): 50 to 80 calories per cup. Blend with vanilla soymilk or plain yogurt (+/- 100 cal/cup). Add a banana (+/- 110 cal) or scoop of protein powder (+/- 140 cal). Makes a delicious smoothie. Found in freezer near ice cream.
Kirkland (Silk) Vanilla Soymilk (unrefrigerated) : 100 calories per cup. You get 12 quarts for less than $12...a bargain! Keep in the pantry and refrigerate one-at-a-time. Add to smoothies, cereals, baking, coffee, etc. Healthy soy protein and isoflavones. Found in cereal aisle.

Kashi Go Lean Cereal: Whole grain, 140 calories per cup, 13 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber. Goes well with vanilla soymilk, or sprinkled over yogurt or a thick smoothie. Found in the health food section of area supermarkets (Shaw's, Hannaford, and Price Chopper).
Skinny Cow: Delicious ice cream sandwiches and other treats. Low fat and 100 to 150 calories per porti0n-controlled treat. Found in the freezer section of area supermarkets.
